SLW Media applies proven marketing strategies, data-driven methodologies, and industry best practices; however, marketing outcomes depend on numerous external factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, consumer behavior, platform policies, and client responsiveness.

From time to time, SLW Media may offer limited performance guarantees in connection with specific services. Any such guarantee:

• Must be expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by both parties
• Applies only to the specific services and time period defined in that agreement
• Is strictly subject to all client obligations, participation requirements, budget minimums, implementation timelines, operational standards, lead handling procedures, and other contingencies described in that agreement
• Becomes void if the client fails to meet any required conditions, delays implementation, modifies agreed strategy, or fails to provide timely approvals, access, or resources

Except as expressly provided in a signed written agreement containing a specific performance guarantee, SLW Media makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding:

• Revenue levels
• Lead volume
• Advertising performance
• Conversion rates
• Platform algorithm behavior
• Market conditions

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

 

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms including but not limited to advertising networks, social media platforms, website hosting providers, email platforms, and CRM systems.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, algorithm updates, data loss, account suspensions, or platform decisions made by third parties.

Clients remain responsible for compliance with third-party platform terms.

 

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:
